  • Every now and then you gotta serve em life with no parole. ๐Ÿ‘ฎ๐Ÿฟโ€โ™€๏ธ
  • Vegan ๐ŸŒฑ Curry-Pad Thai. Bright, colorful, flavorful and beautiful! The base sauce is a Thai coconut curry and I finished it off with a spicy peanut sauce. Yโ€™all! So good ๐Ÿ˜Š. The veggies I used were cauliflower, carrots, onions, garlic, scallions and peas. ๐ŸŒฑ
  • I tried peeling this pineapple ๐Ÿ with my fingers like a girl I saw on a video ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ first: She either had a riper pineapple, or some strong fingers, cause it was not peeling apart like that for me. Lastly, that method must only apply to people stranded on an island she made it look too easy. Last lastly, my son asked if I ate this pineapple like that with a confused look ๐Ÿ˜‚ He thought I was a savage for a minute. But it did make a cute little heart ๐Ÿ’›
  • Definitely in the category of vegan snack food. ๐ŸŒฑ Tostones with my favorite Guacamole ๐Ÿฅ‘ Plant based drip. Happy Mardi Gras New Orleans๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’œ
  • Curry ๐Ÿ› veggies with black rice = dynomite *slaps hands together*. A simple one pot meal thatโ€™ll feed the family for days.

  • Somebodyโ€™s gonna be Zulu Ball ready this Friday. Itโ€™s Mardi Gras time๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’š .

  • Howโ€™s this vegan thing going so far? Well, Im clearly having a ball of fun making colorful salads and zucchini noodles ๐Ÿ and such. Iโ€™m still learning and transitioning, Researching and figuring out so many ingredients to keep me on track. But overall so far so good โ™ฅ๏ธ
