  • These fries tasted like a chili dog 🤤 I used Alexa brand of fries, because the ingredients are legit. I topped it off with my Vegan Chili and drizzled some mustard. Heaven!

Now, to get the best flavors especially out of chili, and a plant based vegan chili at that. You gotta bring the spice rack out! The list of ingredients was long, but the method was simple. So I’m a lil apprehensive in sharing this on the blog, because everybody don’t like to cook, unlike myself who loves and enjoy cooking deeply. But, I may just go for it for those that don’t mind rolling up their sleeves👩🏽‍🍳 I gotta tell you this plant based life is delicious🌱
  • Two words, creamy and dreamy! This Dreamsicle smoothie reminded me so much of my favorite frozen cup flavor *google New Orleans frozen cups* , but way more healthy with natural sugars from the fruits itself.   • There’s some steel cut oats underneath all that scrumptious abundance 👩🏽‍🍳 Berries, nuts, seeds, bananas, date nectar  shall I go on?!! Vegan breakfast y’all 🌱
  • Jerk Oven Fries with Guacamole Dip🥑 Delicioso! Real simple, satisfying great as an appetizer or if your vegan/vegetarian a great dinner.
  • Nutrient rich smoothies will have you energized throughout the day in between your meals. This green smoothie was completely delicious!

1 handful of arugula 
1 very ripe banana
1 cup of frozen spinach 
1 cup of coconut milk (unsweetened) or more for the right consistency
1 tablespoon of Maca Powder (find it on amazon)
1/8 teaspoon of holy basil extract ( also on amazon)

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
  • The first juice is my infamous beet, pomegranate and cherry juice 🥤 If you are looking for a full gut cleanse, well baby this is it. Make absolutely no plans for the evening after drinking two glasses of this😂 .

The second juice is spinach, apple and ginger, delicious is an understatement to this drink. Cheers to good health!
