Beet Juice Cleanser Drink

First, Happy New Year! It’s been a smooth hot minute since I’ve blogged about anything, but here I am doing what I love once more๐Ÿ˜Š Cheers to that!

Beet Cleanser

And speaking of cheers let’s celebrate all this good health energy that’s in the air (which is definitely the case for the New Year), but what happens if we kept that going all the way through May?? Hey! I’m all in y’all it’s definitely a one day at a time deal, so no rush, but staying the course is key.

And staying the course with this Beet Juice Cleanser Detox drink will get the gut cleaning party started! I had two glasses of this lovely nutrient packed juice and can I tell you how this cleansed a Sista out!! But caution I’m not a Dr. and please drink lots of water when drinking any sort of detox drink. But I highly recommend adding this to your cleansing regimen.

Now, I will say with any detox you must ease into it. It’s very exciting getting motivated and overzealous to restart your body. but researching and taking time out to study ingredients and their benefits are paramount to a successful detox.

For this recipe you will need a juicer, 2 beets cleaned, 1 cup of pitted cherries, 1 cup of pomegranates. Start with the beets first, then all the other fruits. And your done! Health in a cup.

Lastly, that method must only apply to people stranded on an island she made it look too easy. Last lastly, my son asked if I ate this pineapple like that with a confused look ๐Ÿ˜‚ He thought I was a savage for a minute. But it did make a cute little heart ๐Ÿ’›
