Rainbow Vegetable Fried Rice

It doesn’t get any more simplified than this fried rice recipe folk’s, you will have this ready in 30 minutes or less! Hooray! for quick and delicious!

Fried rice, maybe the easiest meal to prepare. In this rendition I wanted to make it more friendly for all to enjoy, you can never go wrong when vegetables are involved.

One of my favorite jobs in the kitchen is prepping. I may have said this before in another post, but clearly you can see my love for slicing and dicing on this blog. What makes prepping so much better is having a freshly sharpened knife. I’m a uber kitchen nerd but, you completely catch my drift on cutting ingredients.

The key is to have a well sharpened knife you will be Edward scissor hands in the kitchen with a proper knife, believe that! Well cut ingredients embodies a pleasant dining experience who want’s to eat a big chunk of onion?

What I have learned is that chopping ingredients small, especially in rice dishes, makes those ingredients kid’s and some adults may not favor almost undetectable.

This is a good fried rice recipe to teach to your little nephew, or niece that’s going off to college. And it’s so much more healthier too than ordering take-out. You know exactly what you’re putting into it so, that’s automatically healthier in my book, (that I’ll write someday).

Carrot’s, Cabbage green and purple, were the root vegetables of choice. A colorful display of food is always a pleasing sight.

Once you have master chef all your ingredients by cutting them so intricately. You will put this fried rice together in a few simple steps. Also, check out my video on putting this simple dish together.

For my brine I used Homemade vegetable stock, water, Hawaiian Chile sea salt, Aleppo pepper, sugar, sweet peppers, and 3 types of Chile’s, cilantro, onion, thyme and pink peppercorns.   • The perfect gumbo is all in the roux and of coarse the ingredients such as: Finely chopped seasonings known as the trinity, blue crab, gulf shrimp, andouille sausage, chicken and spices. The best gumbo I ever ate in my life came from a little old lady in Lafayette Louisiana, my goodness it was great.
