Apple Crumb

Americans know their dessert’s and classic is always best

When going out to eat navigating to the dessert menu is pretty much where I began. Am I the only one who does that? It’s probably safe to assume not. That’s why your here in the first place, dessert! What’s loved about this apple crumb is the simplicity. A scoop of my personal favorite, vanilla bean ice-cream renders massive delicious-ness while adding picture perfect beauty for your next Instagram post.

Dessert’s that involve very little fuss is always the weekend winner in my household. The only tool besides the pan, and oven, is a food processor. Most baker’s and cook’s should own at least one of these kitchen gadget’s it make for a speedy prep time. And who doesn’t love a little less time in kitchen? I don’t mind spending time in the kitchen, in fact that’s my favorite place to be in most.

Cinnamon-Sugar

Great quality cinnamon paired with sugars makes the apple crumb the tastiest

When one thinks of fall, what thought’s come to mind? Is it the cool breezes? Or the beautiful foliage of the trees? Maybe pumpkin flavor everything! Or is it the apples? It would be all of the above for me, but the apples are my personal favorite attribute of the fall season. Living near plenty of farms, apple farms in particular, is quite a treasure. Sweet and juicy apples are not hard to come by, so the possibility of making this more often than usual is high.

  • Bonita🍎Crumb. It’s apple season and there are so many apple orchards here in the the Big Apple you just gotta go further North to reach them. .

Today we visited Masker Orchards in Warwick NY, there’s 14 different varieties of apples grown here. And the Red Delicious were the sweetest I’ve ever tasted. The farms are such a great escape from the concrete jungle, and many New Yorker’s find there way further North to break away from the norm. I love NY for this season alone🍎🍏
  • Beans, rice, chicken and plantains always make a complete meal. Now add a salad on the side to balance things out all I had was a lime, but it worked out well. I’ve been on a roll with cooking beans as of late and the family has been loving it.
